Pedro recently led the redesign, rebranding and development of Kings' Al Barsha's Year Book, now known as 'The Book.' Pedro's leadership was fundamental to the successful production of the Yearbook, and he was instrumental throughout the process.

Pedro's organisation was exceptional throughout, producing a Gantt Chart to detail what needed to be achieved when and by whom. Pedro acted as the go-between the school's leadership team and students, staff and the school's marketing department, to ensured the collation of relevant materials. Here, Pedro showed excellent intrapersonal skills to work with people to meet deadlines and provide flexibility. Furthermore, Pedro demonstrated his own ability to take on feedback and amend his work. From this, Pedro has learned the importance of drafting and redrafting work to create the best possible versions.

In producing 'The Book', Pedro successfully met all of the deadlines, while setting a new standard in terms of layout, format and content for the Yearbook. This format will likely stand the test of time, and the processes Pedro has set up for its production will be carried forward.

Pedro demonstrated considerable leadership and personal growth throughout this process, and we are all proud of what he achieved.
