Holly Brown

Pedro was an invaluable team member in the planning of the Year 11 Prom in 2019. He organised the DJ and lighting rigs completely independently, and was there on the day to direct the entire set-up. His communication skills with the event organisers, and his contact in regards to the equipment were professional and courteous. Pedro had to be incredibly organised to assist in the planning of this event in addition to keeping up to date with his GCSE studies. Pedro demonstrated that he can work effectively as a team, in addition to indepen- dently.

 

Pedro is adaptive, and had to respond to the equipment being delivered slightly later than we anticipated. This meant that he had to direct team members quickly and efficiently under pressure in order for the equipment to be ready for the sound check.

 

Pedro is a dedicated, hardworking and motivated student, and excels in event management. He is always happy to help, and balances this well with his stud- ies. He will be missed in Sixth Form and I wish him the best of luck.
