Pedro was instrumental in helping support the whole school event of Tour De Kings'. Pedro used his excellent communication and delegation skills to support the arrangement of students (And staff) to deliver a fantastic whole school event. Pedro was very organsied, showing excellent time keeping and forward- thinking to help solve problems and identify areas that may cause issues in the future.

Pedro demonstrated excellent dedication to the events he has supported within the PE department. Pedro is a very proactive student and combined with his confident and approachable personality, means he is a pleasure to work along- side when planning key events.

During the planning and delivery of these events, Pedro has demonstrated ex- cellent communication, organisational, and other personable skills such as re- silience, time management and prioritization skills.

Both events Pedro supported at the school were planned and delivered to very high standards. Pedro played an exceptional part in this success and would be an invaluable asset at any future events he was able to work on. An example of a challenge Pedro was able to overcome in the planning of these events was the coordination of large year groups rotating around different events throughout the school day whilst ensuring students who had signed up for certain events were able to attend the correct events at the right time. Pedro was able to de- sign, communicate and implement a successful plan to ensure the day ran smoothly and all students were in the right place at the right time.
